Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases on VRC Shop are final once completed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after a purchase is processed.

Digital assets can be downloaded and used immediately, which makes it impossible to "return" a purchase the way a physical product could be returned. This policy protects the integrity of our catalog for all sellers and buyers.

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged for a product you did not receive access to, or experienced a technical issue preventing you from downloading your purchase, contact us at support@vrc-shop.ca and we will look into it individually.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We're glad to help resolve genuine issues directly, and unresolved disputes may affect your ability to purchase on VRC Shop in the future.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be waived by agreement.
